The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends that children see a dentist by their first birthday to ensure all is progressing well. Early childhood caries (tooth decay) can develop rapidly, progressing from the hard, outer enamel layer of a tooth into the softer, inner dentin in six months or less.
As a father of four, Dr. Neu loves kids and loves making their experience fun. In his free time, you can catch Dr. Neu playing pickleball! Dr. Neu is actively involved in global dental service trips and provides treatment to the people who need it most. He is grateful for the opportunity to provide care to your child and looks forward to your first visit.

We think kids with special needs deserve a special kind of dentist.
Children who have disabilities or conditions that make seeing the dentist harder than usual can be seen at our office. Here, we welcome pediatric special needs patients and understand the needs they have. In addition, our dental team has spent time learning about how to treat patients who need more specialized care.
We can give your kiddo a little giggle gas to help them relax.
Also known as laughing gas, nitrous oxide is a safe way to ease a patient’s fears, helping the child relax. Trying to perform a procedure on a child who is scared can be difficult. The adrenaline running through their system makes it harder for them to get numb. With nitrous oxide, the child is relaxed, and we can comfortably and safely perform the dental procedure needed.
We can help your kiddo chill out with oral medications or through an IV.
Besides nitrous oxide, we also offer other types of conscious sedation that can be done via oral medication or intravenously. Sedation is a great option for those children who are afraid of the dentist, have a lot of restorative needs (lots of fillings), need extractions, and for those with special needs. Conscious sedation helps keep the child’s nerves at ease and help us get more done in a shorter period of time.
We know accidents happen. If something should occur, we’ll be there.
One thing we know about kids is that accidents happen. If your child experiences an accident that affects their dental health, we can help. Whether they’ve broken a tooth, lost a tooth, or are experiencing dental pain, we’re available whenever you and your little one need us for emergency dental treatment. Just give us a call and we’ll be there.
We make going to see the dentist a happy experience.
We want your kid to love coming here. That’s why we help relieve their fears about going to the dentist by making kids feel comfortable with fun toys, prizes, stickers, and technology designed to make the process of seeing the dentist easier and fun.
